Editing Time Entries

In order to edit your time entries, navigate toward the Time Management tab on the left-hand side taskbar. Under your displayed time entries, each input can be edited by using your cursor to click on the incorrect information. 


To edit the Description, click on the Description text and a highlighted box will appear. You may type in the required information before saving the new information by clicking you cursor on an empty area of the page. A message will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to indicate a successful save.



To edit the Task, click on the Task text to reveal a drop down menu. Select the new Task you wish to add. This will replace the existing Task on the entry. By moving the cursor away and clicking another option, a message will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to indicate that the new information has successfully saved.



To edit the Categories, click on any of the existing Category tags to reveal a drop down menu of available options. You may also delete existing Categories by clicking the X icon on the Category box. By moving the cursor away and clicking another option, a message will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to indicate that the new information has successfully saved.



To edit the time logs, select the time you wish to change by clicking the entry with your cursor. Type in the correct time in the field provided. To save the entry, you may click any empty area of the screen or alternatively select another editable field. A message will appear in the bottom right hand side of the screen indicating a successful save.



To edit the date, select the date icon by clicking the icon with your cursor. Select the correct date from the calendar display provided. To save the entry, you may click any empty area of the screen or alternatively select another editable field. A message will appear in the bottom right hand side of the screen indicating a successful save.



To edit the billable option, click on the billable icon with your cursor. The billable icon will highlight orange to indicate the entry is billable. A grey icon will indicate a non-billable entry. To save the entry, you may click any empty area of the screen or alternatively select another editable field. A message will appear in the bottom right hand side of the screen indicating a successful save. 



For mobile display, you may select the time entry you wish to edit by tapping on the required entry. After tapping, an Edit Time Entry form will be displayed. You may enter or change the information within each field before selecting the Update button at the bottom left of the form.





Duplicating Time

Users can now duplicate their time entries on desktop and mobile, allowing them to speed up management of their time logs where regular and repetitive time entries are required. On the time management screen, simply click the 3 dots on the time entry you want to copy, then hit duplicate.
