Adding Time

In order to add your first time entry, navigate toward the Time Management tab on the left-hand side taskbar. 



Enter your Description in the field provided. You may then select your assigned project from the adjacent drop down list. 


Please note you will need to first add a project in order to create your first time entry. Please read the following guide to add a new project. 


After that, enter the time you started working on the project and the time you finished. Your time entry is accurate to the nearest minute. Lastly, enter the date of your corresponding time entry.


Before adding your entry, you may also select the billable option adjacent to the Add button. If left unselected, the entry will automatically be assigned as unbillable.


Below the billable option you have the option to select from a range of different tags in the drop down provided. Tags will appear under the categories column in the record sheet below. You may create more tags under the Categories tab on the left hand side taskbar. For a detailed description please read our helpful Categories guide here.



Once you have entered all the required data, click on the Add button displayed on the top right of the page. Your time entry will appear in the record sheet below the entry fields.
