In order to view your personal Dashboard, navigate toward the Dashboard tab on the left-hand side taskbar. From here you may view and interact with a number of useful features.

Total Hours vs Expected (This Week)

This display will highlight your current logged time against your expected hours this week. Your expected hours are based on your Time Settings and are pre-set for that user group. These can be changed based on a standard working week, or agreed upon work hours.

Total Hours vs Expected (Last Month)

This subsequent display is similar to the above; however the figures shown are for the previous calendar month. Your expected hours are based on a standard working month, or agreed upon work hours.

Billability (This Month)

This display highlights your Billability % for this month, based on your overall time logged.

Utilization (This Month)

This display reveals your Utilization % for the current month. This is set against your pre-set Productivity Settings under your chosen user group.

Recent Time Entries

This section displays your previous 5 time entries. There is a quick access Explore button available at the top right-hand side of the Recent Time Entries display box, which will take you to a detailed reports page for your entries. To interact with this report, please read our guide on Detailed Reports available here.

Quick Add Time

This feature allows you to add a time entry straight from the dashboard. This form has all the relevant functions of the usual Time Management entry page. Simply enter your required details into the fields provided and click the Add button to record the entry. For a detailed explanation on how to add time, please find our detailed guide here.
