In order to see your Outstanding Time Report, navigate toward the Reports tab on the left-hand side taskbar. From here you may select the Outstanding Time option from the reports available.
From here you are able to view the outstanding time entries for each user. To filter by specific user, click on the User button adjacent to the left-hand side taskbar. Select the user you wish to view from the dropdown menu provided.
You may then select the required month to view all the outstanding time entries. Once the month has been selected, click on the Filter button to view the report.
The following key indicates the status of the daily report:
- Red - Indicates that time entries are missing from this specific day
- Green - Indicates that the assigned target has been met
- Blue - Indicates the current day
To download your report to CSV, please select the download icon directly below the Filter button on the right-hand side of the page.
Please note you will need to first add a time entry in order to compile an initial report. Please read the following guide to add a new time entry.
