Detailed Report

The Detailed Report allows users to review time tracking data for the organization, in detail, using a wide range of filters.

Usage

In order to add your first report, navigate toward the Reports tab on the left-hand side taskbar. From here you may customize the filters to select the report you wish to download. 



You are able to filter by the following options

  • Customer
  • User
  • Project
  • Task
  • Category
  • Billable
  • Description


By selecting the required filter, you will be able to show both your current and archived options using the drop down box displayed at the base of the pop out.



In addition to the options above, you may select the date range for the reports you wish to filter by. After you have select all your required options, click the Filter button to the right-hand side of the date field. Your filtered report will show in the table below. To download your report, please select the download icon directly below the Filter button on the right-hand side of the page.


Please note you will need to first add a time entry in order to compile an initial report. Please read the following guide to add a new time entry.
