Alternatively, you may access our support section directly through the Kaisen App by clicking on the Support link in the footer at the bottom right-hand side of the page.
Through this portal, you may search through our comprehensive knowledge base by selecting the Browse articles option underneath the search bar. We have a wide range of articles explaining some of the key issues you may be facing. Check out our helpful Getting Started guides for a quick overview of using the Kaisen App.
Submit a ticket
If you cannot find an answer to your query through our dedicated knowledge base, you may raise a ticket by visiting the Support home page and selecting the Submit a ticket option below the search bar.
From this, you may input your details through the form provided. Simply enter the following details to submit your ticket:
Requester: This may be your full name or email address.
Subject: Please provide a subject line for your ticket. This can be a short exert of your overall issue. You will have a chance to describe your issue in full using the subsequent Description option.
Type: Please select your ticket type from the drop-down list provided.
Priority: Please select the most appropriate priority option from the drop-down list provided.
Description: Please explain your issue using as much detail as possible. You have the option to provide additional supporting material such as screenshots to aid your description.
We aim to respond to all tickets within 48 hours.
